Shipping /Returns & FAQ's

Shipping

  • All orders will be delivered as standard by UK Confirmed signed for by royal mail 1st class - £5.00, 
  • Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class aims to deliver your letter or parcel the next working day - and gives you the added security of :

    • proof of delivery including a signature from the receiver
    • check online or on your mobile to see when your item has been delivered using the tracking number provided
  • Orders over £20.00 will qualify for Free shipping.
  • Orders qualifying for Free shipping will be posted out via Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class.

    Royal Mail Signed For™ 2nd Class, aims to safely deliver your letter or parcel in two to three working days and give you signed for proof of delivery. The added benefits include:

    • proof of delivery including a signature from the receiver
    • check online or via your mobile to see when your item has been delivered using the tracking number provided
  • Should you wish to upgrade from our free shipping service (handling time 2-3) days to 1st class signed (next days delivery) for your order  this can be done on the payments screen
  • You can have your order delivered to any address in the UK by Royal mail UK Confirmed 1st class delivery or 2nd class signed for.
  • Unfortunately we do not currently deliver to addresses in Eire, the Channel Islands or overseas. 
  • Standard recorded delivery costs £5.00 for all orders. 
  • Orders placed Monday to Thursday should arrive in 2 - 4 days (excluding Sundays).
  • Orders placed on Friday or at the weekend should arrive within 2 - 5 days (excluding Sundays).
  • We cannot specify a time of delivery, but we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: delivery lead times are extended over public holidays. Over public holidays, please refer to the estimated delivery dates provided in checkout.

 

Cancelling your Order

If after placing your order with us, you wish to cancel, please notify us within 24 hours.  This will ensure that items are not shipped, and we can refund your payment as soon as possible. 

 

Returns

Should you not be 100% happy with the items you have purchased from us, due to sizing or colour, not what you expected or you have simply changed your mind. You can return items to us within 14 days of receipt of item/s, providing they are returned to us in the original packaging, unworn, undamaged, are in a re-saleable condition and not showing any signs of wear.

  • Rings will not be accepted if they are returned to us without the sizing tag attached
  • If you wish to return your item/s we advise you do so via recorded delivery. This will ensure that your order reaches us safely and we can process your refund/exchange. However if you do choose to use a standard service which may mean your order cannot be tracked we cannot be held responsible for your lost return. 

We will not cover return postage costs.

  • The card you used to pay will be refunded within 14 working days.

To return your items please follow these steps:

1) Log into www.filthyrichonline.com, then go to My Account.
2) Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to their item.
3) Fill out the following items on the return request:

  • Quantity to return
  • Return reason
  • Return action, tell us if you would like a refund, store credit or a replacement sending
  • Comments, this is where you tell us why you wish to return your item/s

4) Click Submit Return Request.

Place the items into their original presentation boxes and make sure the parcel is sealed securely. 

You should also place a copy of the dispatch note you received with your order into the parcel. 

  • Please note that WE DO NOT accept returns on pierced jewellery due to hygiene reasons. 
  • Once we have received and assessed the items to ensure they are in a re-saleable condition, your refund will be issued within 14 working days.
  • Should you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, the returns policy remains the same. 
  • We will send out the replacement once we have and assessed the returned  item/s to ensure they are in a re-saleable condition. 
  • Once your exchange has been actioned we will notify you via email, and provide you with a new tracking number for your parcel. 

Should you wish to return your items in store, this can be done by visiting our Derby Store providing your online order confirmation can be produced. Should you not have this then a store credit note will be issued or an exchange will be honoured to the current selling price.  

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
